Arsene Wenger is interested in taking Michael Owen to Arsenal, according to reports. Owen is still to sit down and talk with Newcastle boss Sam Allardyce about his future.

Red Bulls stadium delayed
The Red Bulls said yesterday that due to delays involving the cleanup of industrial waste and foundations at the stadium site in Harrison, N.J. the opening of the $140 million facility has been pushed back from July 2008 to late September.

Who Will Land Zidane? Chivas?
Mexican daily Record reported that Chivas de Guadalajara and Chivas USA officials were in pursuit of Zinedine Zidane. Reached by phone in Mexico City on Monday, however, Chivas USA Co-Owner and President Antonio Cue would not divulge the identity of any of their targets but did say that Chivas USA might pursue players once the transfer window opens again on June 15.
